On May 25th, 2017, the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, which manages different EU education programmes on behalf of the European Commission, held the cluster meeting for all Vietnamese HEIs partners of selected Capacity Building for Higher Education projects. More than 60 representatives from different HEIs, which involved in the projects, have joined the meeting.
Each project brought their poster to present here. Attendees spent time to read the posters then worked in groups, share their own experience, best practices and different challenges. Some of the challenges can be named here: miscommunication between members, administrative and financial reports, limited budget for travel cost and stay cost, VAT tax exemption. Then, EACA helped us to address those challenges. The meeting closed after 3 hours working actively and fruitfully. EACA has answered most of the questions from attendees. The unanswered questions regarding VAT tax exemption will be sent to EACA headquater in Brussel and will be answer in the future.
